Are you looking for a key role in a company with a long-term focus and exciting development projects? Intea is now seeking a business-driven Property Manager – a role for you who wants to combine technical understanding, economics, and project management!

About the Role

As a Property Manager at Intea, you will play a central role in the management of a property portfolio of approximately 75,000 sqm. The position is relatively new in its current form, meaning you will have the opportunity to establish working methods, create structure, and contribute to the further development of the property management function. The role combines project management, procurement, and technical understanding.

You will work with planning, follow-up, and driving maintenance efforts, local adaptations, and development projects. You will act as a qualified client within technical property management, coordinate external suppliers and contractors, and ensure that the right measures are carried out with quality, cost awareness, and long-term perspective. You will also contribute to matters regarding regulatory requirements, energy usage, etc.

You will work in a team and report directly to the CEO. The office is located in Trade Center. You will also collaborate with central functions in other companies within the group.

About You

We are looking for you who have several years of relevant experience in property management, preferably from a broad role where you have combined technical, economic, and project-oriented issues. You have post-secondary education in a relevant area, or alternatively, you have built up equivalent competence through substantial work experience.

To succeed in the role, we see that you are business-minded, structured, and confident in taking responsibility in a business where routines and working methods are partly under construction. You are accustomed to driving issues forward, making prioritizations, and reaching decisions. We also believe you have experience with procurement, contract work, supplier dialogues, as well as a good ability to analyze costs and long-term effects of different measures.

As a person, you are driven, unpretentious, and collaborative. You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where you get to work closely with both internal and external contacts.

Intea is an entrepreneurial property company that develops social infrastructure with a high degree of specialization for important societal functions, such as the justice system, healthcare, and higher education. Intea in Halmstad has been active since 2016. The portfolio currently consists of a total of 18 building blocks distributed across 9 properties. Our rentable area amounts to approx. 75,000 sqm, and we have approx. 34,000 sqm of unused building rights in our portfolio. The University of Halmstad is currently the largest tenant.
